  I don't always ride the bus but when I absolutely have to its horrific the drivers are very rude and not curious and when u call to report it the people at the office are also rude..there isn't much information on the schedules for the people that don't know how to ride the buses or are from states where the busses are ran so much better..and let's not mention the busses are dirty all the time...this company need to change management and get their heads out their asses..how Mich effort does it take to practice courtesy?

  The Drivers are polite and go above and beyond what they are paid to do in most cases. I also ride the PSTA buses on a daily basis and have had a much better experience with the PCPT overall. The only downside is the coverage area is not that great but getting better.

  The worst possible public transportation system. I take the 14 daily, well daily might be an overstatement since you can count on the bus not showing up at least once a week. These people can't seem to be able to keep the busses running. The drivers are incredibly rude. They have not a single care for the comfort of their passengers. Often on a warm morning you'll get on the bus to find a driver in a jacket with the heat pumping and all the passengers sweating in the back. No thought for the people paying his/her wages. That's right Pasco County, I actually pay for this service. It's not a free ride. I really wish you'd treat your CUSTOMERS like customers. Oh yeah, it's really special when they stop at Cross Buyou for a few minutes and the driver takes out his garlic infused breakfast and stinks up the whole bus. It's absolutely sickening. Updated on 4/13/17... A new unfortunate habit picked up by the drivers is picking people up with half of the seats on the bus folded up so they can't be used. It's as if they want to ensure you the worst service possible.
