  THE WORST PAWN SHOP YOU WILL EVER WALK INTO. After many trips into this place, i have learned that it is a waste of time and effort to try and deal with such childlike manners. The guy that runs this place (a Mr. T Wanna Be) is by far the worse mental case ever put in place of being a mang. of any business (put in charge by his mommy). Not only will these guys lie to you, they will look for every possible way avail. to take you for all they can. It is sad that after all the years of doing business with this place, it has taken me this long to see the real and truthful side of this thief. He is by far the worse person to ever have to deal with in business. It has cost us a lot because they have burned us, but we assure you, we will never again be taken by this crew. A Convicted Felon is also 2nd in command there, says a lot, don't it? I will certainly do all i can and all humanly possible to inform the rest of Florida as will as any and all past customers we have sent them of just how bad they truly are and have taken us by wronging us 100% and smiling while doing it to boot. Thank God we still have Freedom of speech which allows us the right to warn the public, it is our right still and we will use it completely, especially after these guys have taken us the way they did, it was wrong but these folks have no conscious at all. Do yourself a big favor and steer clear of this pawn shop, trust me, you will regret doing business with them, read others complaints as well as the BBB ones too, and i am sure there are MANY more they have done wrong to also, it is their nature and i do speak from experience.

  Needed some cash was in and out. I came in a day after the default date and the guys didn't make a fuss. These other reviews don't match my experience

  The man that runs this place is a liar and has very poor morals. He sold me a gun (acts real nice at first) I take it to the range the same day and shoot the gun for an hour. I go through 50 rounds. The gun misfired every 2-3 shots out of 6. It's clearly malfunctioning. I take it to him the next day and tell him about my concerns. He takes it in the back and tries it. Shoots 6 and of course it doesn't misfire for him. He is instantly defensive and won't let me speak. He tells me, "I got what I paid for." He is extremely rude and tells me that it didn't happen for him so, basically too bad. But he'll buy it back for $40. This was $125 gun. It's bullshit. I can't express enough how disrespectful this man was. Calling me sweetheart and raising his voice at me. Talking to me like I'm an idiot. Yesterday it was was a nice piece and a good buy and today he says it's a cheap gun and I got what I paid for. DO NOT do business with this guys. You will get ripped off and treated poorly.

  responding back to your negative and off base response to the work I performed at your pawn shop.my business name is Glass & Mirror World. you stated that we left the premises with out cleaning up the broken glass and you stated that the neon lite did not work when we left.its a shame you could not of reached me by phone instead of writing fabricated non true information but had to go to social media. ive been in business for 18 years and we do our best to make our customers happy.but by talking to three other glass companys in the area I found out that you have done the same to them.We cleaned up the best we could have done with out moving your shelf system. As for the sign I asked for it to be removed cause we are not responsible if anything would happen to it.you said that you tried to phone me but it was my last job of the day and I did not go back to my shop.But a phone call the next day would have been appreciated instead of going this way about it. sincerely, Stanley zand.
