- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible service, I have benefits through these people and before the hurricane they had me bring in paperwork that they asked me for so Thursday of last week I came into the office and had the paperwork scanned and when I checked my online access account it says the paperwork was processed into the system so then when I leave town to get away from the hurricane I check my online account again just to find out that they denied me for two months saying they denied me because I refused to bring in the proper paperwork when I completely brought in the paperwork that they asked me for. So now they didn't put any foodstamps on my card so I'm back home sitting in the dark with no food for my kids, no job and no money at all to feed my two year old and my 13 year old and I can't get in contact with these people to save my life.
